Finally proper winter with lots of snow is here, so I'm enjoying creating wintery layouts. I don't want to forget such great moments as Mati having fun sledging down our drive all on his own ;-) and it's great to be able to cherish little everyday joys as a cup of hot cocoa and find some time to shoot what i love: little still life arrangements on my desktop. Agnes Biro came up with great sets of new white paint brushes so now I can play to my heart content adding painterly effects to my pages. And there are lots of great other new kits this week at DHD so I'll be back with some new pages soon.

First my double page from 14/12 - it's about my fave Christmas smells - cinnamon, chocolate and orange ( I have this wonderful smelling orange-chocolate candle ;-) Those yummy odours make me feel christmasy = cheerful and relaxed. I love the smell of fresh pine too but this is not here yet ...

And these pages are on the yesterday's topic on Journal Your December - how do you collect your Christmas memories? For me the main medium is photography - I just snap a photo a day ( in fact more than one ;-) and in this way capture and express my feelings and thoughts this year. I found two great quotes that are perfect add ons as they speak beautifully about what I'd love to be able to do - to keep this holiday spirit and memories in my heart everyday and not only in December.
